In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting your rights and obligations as a registered user of the hbsje platform.

Access to and use of the hbsje Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which your Account remains active.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to maintain a valid hbsje Account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously been excluded from hbsje or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of hbsje, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless express written permission has been granted by hbsje management.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or participating in a self-exclusion programme that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
• You are registering one Account only. Multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

hbsje reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation — at any time, without providing prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

To access betting and casino features on hbsje, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. Registration is free of charge and available to all eligible individuals accessing the Platform from supported jurisdictions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on hbsje. Creating duplicate Accounts — whether under the same identity or under a false identity — is a material breach of these Terms. hbsje will close all duplicate Accounts upon detection, void any associated wagers or bonuses, and may permanently bar the individual from re-registering.

Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You agree to use a strong, unique password and to enable any two-factor authentication (2FA) options offered by the Platform. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact hbsje support immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification: hbsje operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Full account features — including withdrawals — are only available once KYC verification has been completed to hbsje's satisfaction. KYC documents typically required include a valid national ID card or passport and a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months). hbsje processes KYC documents within two business days in most cases.

All financial transactions on the hbsje Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hbsje does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

hbsje reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal that is subject to an active dispute, suspected fraud investigation, AML review, or pending KYC documentation request. In such cases, hbsje will notify the Player via the registered email address and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. hbsje does not deduct or remit any taxes on behalf of Players and makes no representation as to the tax treatment of gambling winnings in Bangladesh.

hbsje offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus rules set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific promotion page, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from a Player's Account without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the hbsje Platform contribute equally to the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• Abuse & Irregular Play: hbsje monitors wagering patterns to detect bonus abuse. Low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil Wagering Requirements without genuine play risk may result in the cancellation of the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it. hbsje's determination in such matters is final.
• hbsje's Discretion: hbsje reserves the right to modify, pause, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

As a registered Player on hbsje, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with hbsje.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Bangladeshi laws or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Attempting to defraud hbsje or other Players through collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of dishonest play.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripts to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent security measures.
• Conducting, facilitating, or assisting in any money laundering or terrorist financing activity through your hbsje Account.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in any game or Platform function for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or proprietary technology underlying the hbsje Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hbsje staff or other Players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or on-platform messaging.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to process such funds in any way.

hbsje employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors Platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, hbsje may take immediate action including Account suspension, fund freezing, and referral to law enforcement agencies, without prior notice to the Player.

All content on the hbsje Platform — including but not limited to the hbsje brand name, logo, website design, graphics, colour schemes, written text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of hbsje or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

By using the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or broadcast any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from hbsje.
• Use the hbsje brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement by hbsje without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any hbsje content.
• Use any hbsje content for commercial purposes, including advertising, affiliate marketing not authorised by hbsje, or revenue generation.

Game content displayed on hbsje — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and other formats — is owned by and licensed from third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective providers.

hbsje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where hbsje has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
• The Player is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.
• The Player's Account is implicated in suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• The Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• hbsje is required to close the Account by a legal, regulatory, or law enforcement obligation.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting hbsje support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account wallet will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Responsible Gaming Closures: Players requesting Account closure for responsible gaming reasons (including self-exclusion) should clearly state this in their closure request. Where an Account is closed by hbsje due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at hbsje's discretion after completion of any applicable AML or fraud review, which may take up to 90 days.

The hbsje Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hbsje makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly at all times, hbsje cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbsje excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical errors, connectivity failures, or Platform outages beyond hbsje's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by a Player based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional communications.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• Any interruption to, or suspension of, any game, sports event, or service offered through the Platform for technical, regulatory, or commercial reasons.
• Any gambling losses incurred by a Player through use of the Platform, including losses resulting from reliance on strategies, systems, or third-party advice.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by hbsje's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

hbsje's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their hbsje Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hbsje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting Player rights, deposit or withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — hbsje will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing an updated version of these Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying Players via their registered email address.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the hbsje Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting [email protected].

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. hbsje recommends checking this page at least once per month to ensure you are aware of the current terms governing your use of the Platform.
